Terms and Policies

Shipping information
 
All packages will be shipped by UPS or Fedex within our regular business hours. An alternative UPS (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.), US Mail (1st Class, Priority Mail, etc.) is applicable. The shipping cost is based on shipping method, package weight, and shipping distance. All packages will be shipped within two to three business days if we have stock.
 
Any butane order is subject to $51.00 hazardous materials charge. (No Haz-Mat charges for shipping lighters)
 
Minimum Order
 
All orders are required to be at a minimum of $100.00, excluding shipping charges.
 
Pricing
 
All prices and discount are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to update the order with the correct pricing if the prices are displayed in error.
 
 
Warranties
 
All products are warranted by Kingstar to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase or 180 days from invoice date, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at Kingstar’s discretion, without any charge for either parts or labor. The warranty will not apply if the products has been misused, abused, tampered, or damaged from accident. This warranty does not apply to the outer finish of products. To obtain warranty service, you must send the products, freight prepaid, with a copy of sales receipt or other proof of purchase and the date of purchase to: Kingstar Supplies, Inc., 19809 Hamilton Ave., Torrance, CA 90502.
 
Kingstar offers this warranty in lieu of all other express or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness to be in effect only for this duration of the express warranty set forth in the above. Kingstar will not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
 
 
Payment Methods
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express, ACH (Elcrtronic Check), or C.O.D money order, cashier’s check, or company check (under $1,500.00 per shipment). For credit card payment, you are required to provide the credit card’s verification code which is required by credit card companies now. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are a three-digit code, AMEX’s code is a four-digit number on the front of your card. For C.O.D payment, there is $19.00 COD fee per package charged by UPS. For company check payment, returned checks are subject to $25.00 charge.
 
 
International Order
 
We offer shipping to Canada and other foreign countries by UPS, Federal Express, DHL, TNT, U.S. Postal Service, Ocean Freight, and Air Freight, etc.. All orders must be pre-paid. Payments should be electronically transferred to our bank account. We will provide details regarding the electronic transfer information once receipt of your order is established. There are no C.O.D or other billing service available. All shipping and handling charges must be pre-paid. The price we quote is based on F.O.B Torrance, California, USA.
 
 
Delivery
 
We will try to ship out the merchandise within two to three business days after the order is received. UPS Ground service normally takes from 2 to 5 business days for delivery depends on distance.
 
 
Return Policy
 
All return merchandise must be brand new in original box. A RAN (Return Authorization Number) is required before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. All authorized returned goods must be sent freight prepaid to Kingstar. Only merchandise carried in our current stock inventory will be authorized and accepted. Credit or an exchange will be given on unused merchandise only. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returned goods for credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
 
 
Back Orders
 
If our products cannot fulfill 100% of your order, we will try our best to inform you for items out of stock when you are placing the order with us. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will only charge on the products that we have shipped out. Any items in your order that does not show in your invoice means we are temporarily out of stock on those items. We will not automatically ship your back order unless you instruct us to do so when you place the order. Please re-order any items that are out of stock on your future order.
 
 
Shipping Error, Shortage, or Damage
 
All shipments are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. Each order will be handled at least by three of our workers. The first person will pick the items from shelf, the second person will check the items off your order, and the last person will pack your order and also double check the items before sealing the package. For whatever reason, any customers who claimed shortages of items will have a record in our accounting system, so on their next order, we will pay extra attention to their order. Any claims for errors, shortages, or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Failure to make such claim constitutes full acceptance of the package. The correct items will be shipped out once the wrong items are properly returned. All damage claims should be made directly to the carrier by the consignee. When damage occurs, consignee must retain all damaged boxes and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. No deduction from invoice may be taken for damaged claims.
 
 
Refused Shipments
 
Any refused shipment does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. And the customers are responsible for all freight charges associated with the shipment. Any customers that refuse the shipment will be permanently removed from our catalog mailing list.
 
Privacy Policy
 
We greatly appreciate your patronage and take great precaution with your personal information.  When you register and place an order with us, your personal information: including name, address, phone number, and email address will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to anyone else. This information is kept on a secure server so you can easily access your order information.
 
 
 
Typographical Errors
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Kingstar Supplies, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
