How to Order

You can place order by choosing our online ordering or offline ordering:

 

 

You can place an order online using the Online Shopping Cart and choosing a method of payment: Credit Card or C.O.D (cash on delivery, cashier check, or company check payment). For credit card payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For C.O.D payment, there is $17.50 C.O.D fee per package charged by UPS. Please use the Order Form below to place your order offline. Please fill in your Account Number as your Customer ID Number if you have been assigned one. If you are an existing customer, you already have Customer ID Number shown on your invoice of your previous orders. Please fax your order to 310-515-9901, and we will contact you for the credit card information or C.O.D payment before we ship out your order.

For out of state customers, you will need to fax or email us your State’s Sales Tax License. This is one-time requirement for all new customers. (Skip this step if you had done this before.)

 

For California Customers, you will need to complete the Resale Certificate Form, also provide a copy of your Seller’s Permit along with your order. This is one-time requirement for all new customers. (Skip this step if you had done this before.)
